In full disclosure the building is still under a massive repair from the hurricane this however did not affect the individual unit but the lobby is a full construction zone. The location is great for anyone looking to be very close to the beach. “It was such a dream stay. The condo is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. A very quick walk to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. Very short drives to amazing restaurants and shopping. The complex has a beautiful pool right on the inland waterway where we saw a dolphin one day and a turtle the next. Two balconies give you views of the water from all angles. The comfortable furniture on the balcony was perfect for watching the sunset. Owners are incredible and super helpful with any inquiries……

“Overall: enjoyed some things; wanting in others; would try new properties before returning. We liked the small villa. It was cute and beachy, and great proximity to beach and restaurants. A few cons: although we liked how the units were ground level to the pool, the pool was unheated and very cold. Also photos showed a big float, but no pool floats ;/ Would second that the kitchen supplies were random, some sparse. Some small cups (some plastic/unbreakable) would have been nice. And a dish……

When I arrived at the condo at check-in time there was no one there, no instructions and no reliable contact info.
