“Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel is a perfect launching point for a Costa Rican vacation and the pool area and restaurant are terrific. For in and great food and drink choices and options and very fair pricing. The property is extremely clean and the rooms are spotless with modern updates.”

“The hotel is beautiful, new and meticulously maintained. The rooms a large and very comfortable. THE POOL is the most beautiful pool I have ever seen and enjoyed, and I have seen a lot of them in my trips. The staff is perfect! They even game a bouquet of flowers on Mother’s Day!!! If there is one thing I would like to have is a TV in the room. There is not much to do in Nosara except surfing and for those of us who don’t surf nor are on vacation, it can get bit tedious. Either that, or a place……

“This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why: 1. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4. “The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The entire property was well maintained. We enjoyed the wonderful pool and loved that the resort was a few feet away from the ocean. Access to local dining was a plus with some restaurants on the beach! Most importantly the entire staff was amazingly friendly, professional and attentive especially Mallory, Carol and Priscilla. Would definitely recommend a visit and will be coming back!”

“The room was nice and opened up right to the beach! A beautiful cove with a nice beach and decent surf that was good for surfing lessons. We never ate at the hotel restaurant but lots of shops and restaurants a short walk away. Loved it!”
