「We were only there overnight for a resident graduation, so we didn’t use the amenities or eat breakfast, but the coffee was good, room was clean and nice. Smelled nice despite the hallway smelling like smoke (we were on the first floor and could see people smoking at the end of the hall , outside, with the door open. Staff was friendly, check in was easy, we were surprised it was as comfortable as it was. Would stay here again!」

「We have traveled to Greenville many times and there are many options. We have chosen this hotel multiple times because it is comfortable. Some areas have become a little dated, but still nice.」

「The shower has no pressure and minnmal heat, pillows go flat and you might as well lay on thr mattress sheets xand bedding like sand paper, smallest fridge can not even hold left overs from takeout. Coffee was mud water . Tv was ok nothing to write home about. Cost too much and cost more then just going through hotel.」

「Room was clean, property well maintained. What wasn't acceptable was extremely low water pressure and the shower spewed water everywhere from the shower head. I have a lot of hair and took for every to rinse it out. We didn't need room cleaning but wanted fresh towels, was told to put them outside the room and they would put fresh in. We left for the day for my granddaughters HS graduation on a 101 day, there were no fresh towels, wash cloths to take a shower when we returned that night. ...

「When I first got here, the smell was bad. The microwave didn’t work and I had to check the mattresses for bedbugs, but the roaches were pretty bad unless you have it cold in here.」

「The pool was down for maintenance but staff let us know prior to completing check-in and gave us the option of cancelling if that was a deal breaker. Good communication and friendly staff.」
