「As others wrote about the appartement: the stench in hall is bad, although its ok once you are inside the appartement. The light on the first floor doesn't work, so its almost completely dark in the evening, the steps are narrow and steep and hard to handle luggage in, and the neighbourhood is not the best (my taxidrivers rate it from medium to bad).
The aircondition doesn't work properly. So If you don't run it on full day and night you can't get the temperature down.

「This delightful, spacious basement has been decorated and appointed with care. The bed and couch are both comfortable and laden with pillows, the towels smell great, and there are lots of little details to make you feel at home…from lotion in the bathroom to a tiny waffle iron in the kitchen.
