“The property stated close to the beach. My definition of close is a lot different than theirs. Living area really only has seating for 4 or 5 if you squeeze. If more people were staying no place to sit except kitchen chairs. Suggestion…..install an island in the kitchen rather than table and chairs. Would add to counter space as there is next to none!”

“We booked a luxury suite that sleeps 7. 2 beds & hideabed. Far from it. 3 have to sleep in 1 bed. Very small could not all sit in living area if 7 people and luggage. Wallpaper coming off and some taped on. Kitchen so narrow could not open oven door all the way. Extension cord went through kitchen and living room (tripping over it). We removed it, but needed light bulbs replaced in lamps. Bedroom so small had to shimmy between bed and dresser.
When I complained about lack of space for sleeping……

“Clinton Pond B&B was a lovely place to stay and use as a home base for biking, hiking and beach hopping.
The house is beautiful, and immaculately clean. The covered deck is especially beautiful, and a great place to take your coffee, or an end of the day drink. Note: There is a shared kitchenette for guests with a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishes, kettle and coffee machine.
