「The property is conveniently located and maintained very clean. Property manager was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good. Bathroom and bedroom were well maintained, however, the beds were not very comfortable. Other than the beds everything met or exceeded our expectation.」

「My family really enjoyed this cottage! Its very roomy, and close to everything. The cottage was very clean, modern, and felt like we were right at home! * Our only negative would be that the wifi was extremely slow so it was hard to connect the TV streaming services and use our phones. We will definitely be back! Our favorite spot we've stayed in cavendish yet!」

「If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s close to concert venues, amusements parks, and restaurants outside the city then Avonlea Cottages is the go. If you’re ever short and in need of supplies, there’s a grocery store just across the street. As for the cottage itself, it’s pretty good for the price you pay, you basically get everything you need for a short or long stay. Only thing I would like to mention is that there’s no strong kitchen ventilation so if you plan on cooking inside, beware...
