「If i book a king room through Expedia - I should get notice prior to- even a late check in- it’s not available. And they should make it right. The night manager was very dismissive to my concerns. The day manager during the week. Made it right!! Have the weekend manager document the discrepancy and handle through Expedia. But the location is paid not Expedia- so they could have made it right initially. The water pressure in our hotel room was awful. But the pool and hitting was awesome-...

「The outside property of the hotel was clean and there was enough parking spaces. As for inside, I did notice there were a couple stains or dents on the walls. Also, early morning I did happen to find a small cockroach in the bathroom. Not sure where it came from, but possibly from the main door to the room. The space from the floor to the bottom of the door was about a half inch gap, so you could hear people in the halls and sometimes people in the other rooms nearby. Breakfast was nice and...

「The people at the front desk welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality. I love how they explained the amenities and the services the hotel provides. Also, pricing for sundries is reasonable. The hot food rotation and the breakfast buffet is also a nice perk. We didn't have to spend extra for breakfast and dinner. Every time we see an employee, we are greeted and engaged. Lala at the bar is such a delight.」
