DEPOSIT POLICY : This is an acknowledgment of your request for accommodation. A deposit has been received. Your payment is applicable to the fulfillment of your designated length of stay. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION :
Cancellation - must be in writing, Cancellation made 60 days or more
100% refund less credit card fees incurred; 30 days or more – 50 % refund less credit card fees incurred and less than 30 days NO refund. Please take out travel insurance. For Christmas and New Year, cancellations must be made
for more than 60 days 100% refund; for within 60 days - 50% refund; for less than 45 days NO refund.

SARGASSUM SEASON typically runs from March/April to October, peaking in the summer months (June - August) in the Caribbean with brown seaweed washing ashore, impacting beaches and tourism, though the intensity varies yearly and can occur year round. The season usually sees minimal sargassum from November to February, but climate change and increased nutrient runoff are making patterns less predictable, leading to prolonged issues.
