“Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. We stay Mariotts all the time and this hotel was poorly……

Guess what, I am telling all my workmates and staffs about the wonderful services and location of the property. Sooner or later, we are coming right back. “let me start by saying the front desk staff was great! Room was dirty.. crumbs in the sofa bed.. like a lot of crumbs.. sticky stuff all over floor in kitchenette area, dust everywhere.. hair and what looked like crumbs in the shower.. sticky stuff in and on fridge. oil all up inside of washing machines and dryers downstairs.. only 1 washing machine worked btw.. Breakfast was ok.. eggs were like yellow colored styrofoam but the rest was ok. free hotel breakfast so.. cant complain too much..……

“The first thing those considering this hotel should know is that there is NO POOL. You may use pool next door but that isn’t acceptable. Next the continental breakfast was horrible! They had stale bread out for toast, one biscuit on the bar, one spoonful of dried out gravy. No juice, No fruit the milk was watered down. No coffee in the dispensers. And the hours they had on the continental breakfast 5 AM- 9 AM. Ridiculous! Wyndham needs to send someone undercover to this location and investigate.……

“Hotel appearance filthy. Felt very unsafe there. Literally laid towels on room floor instead of being barefoot on carpet. Smelled pot in hallway as I was walking to room. Outer doors were propped open with rocks. Holes in hallway walls. Outside stairs were overgrown with tree branches hanging over and unsafe. Steps to outside entrance needed swept. All in all I would never recommend staying at this hotel.”
