“Room was fine. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was a disappointment as there was only instant coffee, and not much in the way of hot food that wasn’t pork. ”

“The communication was terrible, we only got the code for the apartment access after we called the owner a few times. Even after he had picked up and said he was sending it, he still didn’t and we had to call him back again. This was all last minute. We had originally booked to stay in the bigger apartment but the owner sent a message on the app to say he had double booked us and were we happy to stay in a smaller apartment with a shared kitchen rather than a private one. “First, you can't check in till 5pm. Second, the shower is small and slippery when wet. When I mentioned that I'd nearly fallen twice and it needed a non-slip mat, I was told can't be done as this would be an admission that there is a problem. Plus, the light in the bathroom is on a motion sensor timer and kept cutting out leaving me in the shower, in the dark. It sounds comical but with the slippery shower base and total darkness, it wasn't funny. I had to open the shower door and wave my arm to……

“It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. The process was smooth and the communication with their staff was very good. I received prompt replies from them and they were very helpful in terms of following up my inquiries and problems. “Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, Swindon n'est ni très jolie ni très sympa à visiter (je fréquente cette ville depuis 35 ans car j'ai de la famille ici). Le centre-ville où se trouve l'hôtel est hélas en chute libre avec beaucoup de magasins fermés depuis 10 ans.”
