This is an older hotel that management is doing a good job of keeping it up. Our room was nice but after our 1st use of the bathroom we noticed water on the floor from a leak. I mentioned this on the Check-in review on this site. Within 15 minutes of posting that review, we received a call from the manager, asking for more information on the leak. He said he would be up to check it out. Arriving, he concluded it could not be repaired that night. He moved us to another room. We move and were satisfied with the new room.
The hotel manager was proactive when he saw our review. We were pleased with his quick response and with the action he took. He receives an A+ rating from us."
