“I’ve been spending a week in the Cape every summer since I was a kid. In my 20s I wanted to be right in the heart of Provincetown but now as I’m a little bit older, I wanted to be able to pop down for dinner and drinks but not be in the thick of things. This location was absolutely amazing. Steps to the beach close enough to town to take a quick Uber in. Great location for a quick Uber to the Vineyard and a quick ride to the restaurants and Wellfleet. The condo itself was exactly what I needed……

“Great location. Everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Clean, comfortable, bright. Right across from a bayside beach. Beautiful sunsets.”

“This is our second stay at the Pagodas. We stayed on the second floor last year, and in the apartment just above it on the third floor this year. Being on the third floor provides a wonderful ocean breeze. Otherwise, both places are almost identical. It's a perfect jumping off point for the beaches and Provincetown, which is just about five minutes up the road.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Glass cottage, with two adults and two young children. The proximity to the beach was amazing and the location ideal for trips to Provincetown, Wellfleet, and other area attractions. We will definitely be back!”

“Stunning location however slightly let down by very tired appliances and lack of proper kitchen equipment (coffee maker for one person for ex.) along with tired furniture. We understand a kitchenette isn’t full size but newer, up to date appliances would make a huge difference. That said, property manager could not be more gracious and helpful.”

“Spacious and comfortable right on the beach. Cozy porch with a view seats two. Enjoyed our stay immensely!”

“Last year my wife and I stayed in another property nearby, a renovated small beachfront cottage that had ocean-facing sliding doors in both the living room and bedroom that opened up onto an ocean-facing porch, a full kitchen, and a/c. This year, its price was increased dramatically, so we looked elsewhere for the same set of requirements, and found it in this rental. We were initially concerned about the owner's description of how a dune restoration project has constructed a small low fence……

“Not happy with renting through VRBO or Vacasa- so confused- kept getting alerts from both. 2 problems- Didn’t know the pricing fluctuated (never rented through them before) so it was beyond insulting to get offers from them to rent at a later day and see that the average price was less than 1/2 of what I ended up paying (off season). The other problem for me was that I could never directly speak to the owners via text or email to ask specific questions and these apps use chat bots to answer……

“Had one small complaint. Didn’t care for the pillows. Suite was just so cute with shiplap walls. Large rooms. Nice staff. Very pleasant. ”

“Had a nice stay at this condo. It’s about a 25 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants but if the weather is fine, it’s not bad. I didn’t give a perfect rating because the condo was outdated with finishings and the coffee maker was kinda cheap and flimsy. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels. Nice waterfront view from the living room area.”
