「Just what we needed!! A relaxing stay in a beautiful cottage with the bonus of a fabulous private hot tub. Bed a little too soft for us & maybe some upgraded pillows & duvets however the rest of the property was immaculate. A spacious kitchen diner, lounge/games room & lovely en-suite & bathrooms. Thank you for ticking our boxes - we will be back soon ❤️」

「Do not book this property on vybro , got there for a concert only to find the owners "didnt know about my booking " didnt get access to property, had to book a hotel 30 miles out as none were left in the area due to the concert 」

「I booked this for our engineers and this is their feedback: Unfortunately not suitable for us to stay in, the property was not clean and had lights hanging from the ceilings. Garden not useable. No parking even though it states parking - our staff almost got a parking ticket. We did not stay in the property and drove home instead.」

「Lovely house in close proximity to Donington Race Track Co-op near by, easy to grab a taxi or bus Nice and clean, cosy and spacious. Quiet neighbourhood Parking is a bit tricky, off street parking is available first come first serve. 」

「We like to stay it’s very peacefully and nice we spent very good time.」

「Owner very pleasant (arriving a little bit earlier than announced because of raining (4 pm)). Simple communication. Everything is like photo. Thanks」

「The location is perfect for a visit to Stratford Upon Avon. The owner/manager Harry was on site to help us settle in and he followed up during the stay. The accommodations worked well with our group of five which included an active two-year-old. 」

「House is nice but no clean very in tidy no higen cooking pots very mildly toilet very bad water leeking 」

「Booked this location as we were going to a festival, the manager of the property never got in touch for getting us into the property we were asked to wait until 4pm on the day we were meant to be checking in. 4pm rolls on no contact and told theyd issue a refund. Still havent recieced one had to find new accomodation for 7 people on the day of the festival. Shocking. Will never be using them again. 」

「Outside courtyard was not swept or clean. With rubbish in the corner which was a shame as couldn't sit out. Also work next door was very loud all day yesterdayUnfortunately we have a 4week old baby we couldn't settled yesterday due to banging from building works. 」

「Needs work. Kitchen is FREEZING. Strip lighting in a house is a no-no for me, but there they were in the kitchen and main bedroom. The opposite of cosy/comfortable. No blinds on the velux windows in main bedroom means bright light pouring in from 5am. We're on holiday!The lighting all-round was sub-par. One tiny lamp in living area so 6 VERY bright spot lights are the only option. It's just not relaxing. These were our main gripes.Beds comfy, linen nice, sofa nice, kitchen well equipped. Loved...

「Beautiful period property. 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms perfect for our group of 6 friends. 2 parking spots to rear of property and one on the road with digital parking permit supplied by owner. Only 15 min walk from the centre of Stratford - can highly recommend! 」

「Lovely place to stay. Ideal location for Broad Street and the shopping centre, theatres etc. House has plenty of room, everything you need and very clean. The host is very easily contactable and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again. 」
