The Gibb River Road is an absolutely amazing experience. Its in my Top 5 List of Places to Visit in Australia and it is truly a special destination with postcard perfect waterholes, pounding waterfalls and spectacular sunsets over one of Australia's most picturesque ranges, the Cockburns! (not pronounced as dirty as its spelt, but rather as 'coburn'.) You can hire a 4WD from Broome or Kununurra or jump on a tour with one of the off-road tour buses. This is Fortescue Falls. It's a great place to cool off fo a swim when it's hot. The terraced rock is handy to sit down & take in the scenery too.
I had taken the camel ride the evening before and it was a cloudless sunset... so glad that this sunset wasn't - such a cool sky with the reflections in the sand... I enjoyed photographing it a lot more than I enjoyed my camel ride though... Tip: the Blue Camels are closer to the sea than the Red or the Yellow also the wet sand makes for great reflections #Reflections #beachtips

Even though I’m a full time travel photographer I have so far resisted the urge to buy a drone. I love that I can honestly say that any tourist can see the same views that I shoot! This is Broome from the air, taken on a scenic helicopter flight with KAS Helicopters. The Kimberley is best seen from the air or water in my opinion. 😍��😍 Western Australia.
