"This is really nice accommodation and the staff are very efficient and prompt when dealing with any issues My only slight problem is that I asked for late checkout ( being a platinum member), they declined my request which was fine by me but what I found upsetting was the frequent emails reminding me to checkout over 24hrs before my checkout time, there were literally pestering me at some point Other than that it’s a beautiful venue"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Bakubung Bush Lodge. The food was amazing, the staff were incredible, and the game drives were a real highlight of the trip. Every single member of staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful — it genuinely felt like being part of one big family rather than staying at a hotel. The rooms were lovely, comfortable and perfect after long days out on safari. The spa was also excellent and a great way to relax between drives. We actually loved Bakubung so much that we cancelled the second part of our holiday at another hotel just so we could book an extra night here and come back! That probably says more than anything else could. An unforgettable experience from start to finish — we would return in a heartbeat."

"It’s a beautiful place well maintained and clean. The rooms were clean and the bedding fresh. They had electricity issues the power was tripping on and off at night as a result our food was cold including our coffees. The tripping happening throughout the night including in the morning the following day. They did not have alternative power."
