「We were unaware of pet fee when booking on expedia, somehow missed the hidden $75 fee. Along with that fee for an our very well behaved, non-shedding dog, we paid an already high amount for a beat up room. There were many damages to the room, dead bugs on the floor, muddy paw prints in the bathroom and sticky tile. Everything else was average and did not seem to add up to our payment for this. The staff was very unflexible and unhelpful with our concerns. We will never stay at a Residence Inn...

We were there over Memorial Day Weekend, and there were little league teams and the boys were running around the whole hotel, so it was loud. The pool is a little cold, but the hot tub is great.」

「The 1st thing you notice when entering to check in is that the place smelled like cigarette smoke. I guess they still allow smoking in the casino. Fortunately, I couldn't smell it in the room. The room had a mini-fridge that I used for leftovers, but there was no place to reheat them. I had to take them to the front desk to have them heat them up for me in the back.
