北安普敦縣汽車旅館

「This was the worst experience I have ever had at a motel. The door to our room was stuck shut and the employee at the front desk was not helpful what so ever.. when we brought it to their attention they actually told my husband to just “force it open”.. leading to literally having to kick this door repeatedly. There was hair on the bathroom floor and bed, what looked like feces and urine stains on one of the mattresses, the AC blew outside instead of into the room.. I am still trying to figure...

「El vierto apestaba a humedad las sábanas estaban manchadas la alfombra literalmente sucia el piso del bano lleno de pelos 2 toallas para secarse manchadas. Es triste viajar desde Arkansas a un lugar tan sucio. Y luego todo estaba lleno y nos tuvimos que quedar hay pues era lo único que teníamos seguro. Ojalá y me reembolsaran aunque sea la mitad de mi dinero por que 500 dólares por 2 días está mal. Para el lugar tan feo.」

「I asked a room that don't need to use the stairs because of my walking difficulties when I book this hotel but they don't give that. They only clean our room after we checked in. We wait for so long to clean our room. There's a lot of bed bugs. I got a lot of bed bugs bite. Don't stay at this hotel.」

「I didn't end up staying after entering the room and seeing it in inhabitable. Owner refused to change my room. When I requested a refund the manager refused and told me that I can leave. Do not stay at this property it deserves to have the Econolodge branding stripped.」

「The room was neat and clean. The location was the best thing because it was near everything. The staff were not the friendliest and acted like you were bothering them. There was a young lady who was kind of rude and condescending. I was able to relax but probably won’t go there again because they lack manners and good customer service.」

「smoking crack and shooting needles soon as i pulled in to parking lot in front of the room they was gonna put me in. nasty rooms.. staffs rude bugs crawling..NOT A SAFE PLACE TO STAY..RETURN MY FUNDS..RUN NOT SAFE」
