「We managed to park easily and as our room was ready we were allowed to check in at 1 o’clock . Very good position and so easy to get into the town centre .」

「Disgraceful! Didn’t stay as there was no one at the property at 9:15pm arrival. Tried phoning them throughout the day to confirm and left voicemails. Zero response. 12:30 now next day still zero response. At 10pm a random guy pulled into the car park and asked if I was lost. He then offered me to stay in his home. Whole experience was dodgy. I booked and stayed elsewhere in the area later. 」

「When I eventually managed to check in I found that my room smelt funny. The windows were open so I guessed that the smell may have come from the outside. There was no staff at the guest house for me to speak to. When I returned to the room after getting some food I found that the smell was coming from the damp mattress and the smell I believed was urine. I rung the contact number I had, but nobody answered. There was no staff at the venue. It was too late to go anywhere else so I ended up...

「The caretaker Paul didnt know we were coming and initially was more interested in his amazon parcels, told us the owner books people and dosent tell him (happens all the time) id booked one double and one single with 3 beds on the same floor - I got one double with single beds in the attic and my children the 3 bed a floor below us.
