“A lovely weekend. Accommodation was perfect for my two dogs and l to use as a base. Kitchen was fully equipped, with a fridge and freezer to use. The accommodation, towels and bed linen all spotless. Already rebooked for August.”

“We have just spent an amazing 5 nights here with friends ageing from 48 - 72 and a 14 year old. Carl was brilliant in communicating with me when I booked for the group and met us with a warm welcome on arrival. He gave a tour of the house giving us all the information we needed. Even though we had visited the area before he gave us some brilliant ideas for takeaways and restaurants we hadn’t visited before. A great place to stay with an easy walk or bus into St Neots. We would all thoroughly……

“We spent 2 nights at the monastery barn and we had a great time. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. They were very generous hosts. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the conservatory and in the enclosed garden were we able to let our dog explore without any concerns!”

“We absolutely loved our weekend here. The cottage is so spacious and well decorated. Everything has been done with a lot of care and attention to detail and it shows. It looks even better than the photos! We didn’t meet Ann but Howard was great in showing us around and the communication before was very prompt and helpful. It is slightly less private / isolated than expected with a few other houses and construction in progress (not actively so no noise). This isn’t a criticism just something to……

“We stayed over the Christmas period with all of the family and the house was just perfect. Sarah and Kim were there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. The house was decorated for Christmas and was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The house had everything we needed, a formal room where we could all be together and also lots of cosy snugs. The grounds were also well kept and we enjoyed walking around the garden. Would highly recommend the house to anybody wishing to find somewhere……

“This was a beautiful house to stay in. Very homey, clean and spacious. The jacuzzi was a great touch. I would definitely book again but with others next time. It was a little pricey and big for me, husband and two under 2. I Would for sure recommend for 6-8 people. ”

“We rented this house for my daughter's hen weekend the house was stunning in an amazing location with great facilities. We could not find fault with the house it accommodated 20 of us amply. All types of celebrations are catered for here from a formal dinner, to a party to a film night and even quiet relaxation in the pool and hot tub. The garden and grounds are well maintained and are beautiful. There is a pretty Marina just 5 minutes walk away with a lovely pub just 5 minutes further on. We……

“The pictures don’t do the property justice! Such a nice place and area, although it was a tad dirty when we arrived so had to clean up a bit. The host was communicative and told me all the information I needed to know, was a great stay with my family and friends for my birthday :)”

“The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent.”

“Loads of space, ideal as a stay away for groups of friends meeting up, we were out all day at Onley equestrian centre which is very close by, the kitchen was large and well equipped, beds comfy , we will be coming back soon”

“The house is large, well laid out and proportioned, with 5 bedrooms, 3 ensuite and one family bathroom, separate downstairs toilet, in a great location with a good number of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Easy on street parking. Kitchen is huge and we mainly gathered there. A touch too windy to enjoy the garden but did use the outdoor table tennis table. There were some teething issues but the host responded quickly and well. However I have to agree with previous feedback:……

“This property is excellent for a target market of people travelling for work who just need a functional place to sleep and aren't fussy about the conveniences and luxuies usual in holiday let properties. We were happy with our stay because we had full days planned and were only in the property from 10pm to 8am each day, but I wouldn't recommend a holiday here if relaxing at the property would be part of the plan. The staircase is too steep for anyone older than 65ish or younger than 7ish.……
