"Friendly staff, room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was very nice with the accessible shower with seat, the A/C unit was weak but livable (not very cold). Overall, it easily beat holiday inn. "

"Everything good. Receptionist worked hard to get our door lock fixed. Liked free drinks and meals. Convenion to expressway. Parking very accessible. Only thing was the packs of noisy kids."
"Room was great, clean and comfortable for the price. Hotel is a walkable distance to both city Museum and Union Station, which is great. Our only problem was the state of the pool. The water was murky, and the whole thing did not appear to be clean. Hot tub was not really hot and did not have enough water in it. My kids really wanted to swim in the pool so it was somewhat of a problem for us. Other than that we really enjoyed the stay. "
