“Quaint, well appointed cabin in a quiet location. Both the futon and king bed slept comfortably, shower was hot with plenty of good towels. Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. ”

“Out host was present when we arrived to greet us. He made sure we could get in and everything was to our satisfaction. We had a little problem with the WiFi, but he was very responsive and got us straightened out quickly. We were very comfortable in the unit with plenty of space to relax. ”

“The place itself is really nice, it has beautiful views, good location (only 15m drive from the ski area), has tv, internet, kitchen, all the stuff you'd want out of a place like this.Unfortunately the bathroom didn't get cleaned from the previous renters. There was stains in the toilet, toothpaste and hair stuck to the sink and a giant pile of dirty towels in the bathtub that we had to wash. Mind you, if you leave dirty dishes in the sink upon checking-out there's a 50 fee. It brought into……

“Property is a dump! House is garbage. I wouldn’t go out after dark in that neighborhood. The outside is trashed. Total misrepresentation about the house. Wouldn’t stay there again if they paid me. Host ignored are my communications. Most of the neighborhood is abandoned houses, including those next door. Do not stay there.”

“The house and property are wonderful and a unique experience. The host is very friendly and successfully provides a great place to stay. The kitchen is well stocked and even had juice and cream for your coffee. We enjoyed our time in Tucumcari and recommend the train and dinosaur museum, as well as the historical society.”
