We had two rooms booked but when we got to the hotel, to access the rooms, my 87yr old mother had numerous flights of stairs with no elevator available. The front desk did change their room to a more accessible room but that also meant we could not be next to them. This hotel is not suitable for seniors with accessibility issues.
