"The room was very clean, newly renovated, spacious and quiet. My usband and I stay here a lot as we like the welcoming atmosphere which includes being greeted with a gift bag containing snacks and bottles of water. The staff are always courteous and professional. The hot breakfast that's included is very nice."

"This was our second stay at Tappattoo with a group of friends and children. The staff were great, the restaurant was excellent, and they accommodated our large group very well. Unfortunately, the room was noticeably less clean than during our previous visit. The biggest issue was the shower water, which was yellow and sometimes almost brown. For the price of the stay, this was very disappointing. We enjoyed many aspects of the resort, but the cleanliness of the room and the water quality need improvement."

"Complimentary Continental Breakfast was a nice surprise! Had to ask a few times for new towels to be delivered but they were prompt afterwards and thereafter. Murphy bed doesn’t sit flat, it’s abit angled downwards and not the comfiest bed. But it did the job and was convenient. Bathroom door handle was broken when we arrived but was fixed immediately once we informed them. Shower design is a flaw, water will go everywhere ! Air conditioner is loud and not strong enough to fully cool the whole room, but it keeps it comfortable - you’ll need to leave the bedroom doors open to get the cool air in there. It was a good stay overall though and we felt comfortable, safe and cozy."

"Everything was great. The rate was reasonable, the pool was warm and inviting, the staff was accommodating, the water pressure was good and the shower head adjustable, and it was in a convenient location. Some pieces of furniture, such as a bench in the room, have seen better days, but that’s about it. Would definitely recommend."

"I liked the cleanliness and the fact that the bedroom and lounge room were separate. We did have a problem with the wifi but quickly fix by staff. The place could use a good window cleaning, I couldn’t even open the curtains as they were so dirty. Otherwise we did enjoy our stay."
