「Bettlaken war bei Anreise schmutzig. Wurde nach Beschwerde sofort gewechselt. Versprochener Drink aufs Haus wurde nie eingelöst. Zimmerreinigung angkündigt nur alle 3 Tage (ist ok). Dazu fand man aber auch noch ein Schreiben im Zimmer, sollte man in der Zwischenzeit Handtücher benötigen, müsste man 30,- Euro extra zahlen. Keine kaffeemaschine oder wasserkocher oder kühlschrank im zimmer. Für den Preis ist die Ausstattung sehr mäßig. 」

「This is a very quaint and beautiful hotel. The person at reception was very friendly and helpful. We stayed next door to the main building. Our unit was cozy, clean and quiet with beautiful decor. Food and staff at the restaurant were exceptional. Breakfast buffet outstanding. Hotel situated in the heart of the wine valley yet not far from the city center. We were able to hop on the little tourist train across the street to the hotel to get to the main sights in town.We wish we had more time...

「エゲル城の裏手側の入り口近くで、エゲル城駅から近い。エゲル駅からだと30分程度歩くことになり、最後は坂を登ります。 高手にあるため、宿近くの眺めは良いです。 タオル以外のアメニティ類は持参必要ですが、ベッドや水回りは綺麗で問題ないです。 スーパーもエゲル城駅にあるので不便はありませんが、観光地中心部に行くには5分以上歩きます。 看板がないのでグーグルマップを頼りに行くしかないです。勇気を持って呼び鈴鳴らしてください。」
