“We had an amazing stay at the Best Western Ponderay! Our room was perfectly clean. The pool and hot tub were immaculate. The amazing breakfast included- make your own waffles, cheese omelets, potatoes, bacon, ham, sausage links, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, eggs Benedict, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, pastries, espresso and 4 choices of juice and more! Check in and out was a breeze. BUT the most impressive part of our stay was the friendly, helpful, kind and efficient staff! From the front……

“Fun place to take the kids for a night! The hotel and park are separate so I can see this place getting expensive for multiple nights if you’re just here for the theme park. Mind you that is not the hotels fault but it’s slightly misadvertised as one place. I don’t think that is intentional and I was able to weed through that and notice it’s not. “fantastic stay. the property was in the middle of a purchase and there were multiple staff and internal changes occurring. the current staff were amazing. they went above and beyond their duties for the hotel customers. i am extremely grateful for Cindy at the front desk and the beautiful hardworking bartender at the restaurant who was finishing up nursing school. They both should receive the highest pay increase possible as your purchase transition would not be capable without them. ”
