“Room was clean, view was amazing (ignore the neighboring construction), staff was very courteous and helpful, multiple pools is a huge plus. There were a few setbacks. Plumbing was a bit of an issue. One of the bathrooms flooded while showering due to clogged drain and water temperature was impossible to regulate, either boiling hot or cold shower. A huge petty annoyance was no ice available for the rooms. With that said, overall it was a great stay, small drawbacks were not enough to discourage……
