"Todo excelente solo que 3 elevadores son muy pocos las esperas para subir oh bajar a restaurantes son largas! Pero lo demás todo súper bien "

"Upon arrival the hotel never answered the phone for a shuttle (main reason for picking this property) Even the Wyndham service center was was unable to get hold of them and suggested taking a cab and to request reimbursement upon arrival, but the hotel refused to reimburse me. For the rest it is ok for one night, but outdated and smelly. There are other hotels offering free shuttle, so make sure to avoid this one."

"My room wasn’t ready. The staff is very nice and helpful. Our room had a lot of issues, after every shower we had to out 2 towels on floors since shower leaked everywhere. Toilet seat was broken. Ironing board was broken and could not order room service as our phone never worked or kept a charge for more than 15 seconds. All these things are easy fixes and staff had toilet and ironing board fixed the following day."

"No bathtub … air conditioning did not work. Close to downtown but paying same rates for newer modern hotels. "
