"It was our first time in Mazatlan, we had a wonderful experience staying at the Marriott. It felt safe and very clean. Great location as well. About 30 min away from the airport. Walking distance restaurants. They also had a breakfast buffet the cost was about $20 a person and decent food options. The pool was great. You can also walk down to the beach. We got the pulmonia car service to get to different locations, most charged us between $150-300 pesos one way. Take extra cash to count with those expenses. Because the hotel is not that close to most attractions popular spots. We just went in May and it was HOT but the rooms have AC and the pool is so refreshing. We will most definitely stay there again. 😊"

"All of the staff was very attentive and welcoming. From the front desk staff, cleaning staff, waiters, and bar tenders, everyone would go out of their way to make sure you were taken care of. Any time we had a special request, they always made an effort to animate us. We never heard a "we aren't able to" "sorry, we can't", it was always "not a problem" or " let me see what I can do"."
