「Very bad experience, first of all, front desk associate ignore I am waiting in a line and helping someone behind me first and no apology, then bathtub and the toilet bowl are filthy, yellow mark very dirty, the AC in the room is louder than the freeway trucks. Very upset about this hotel, will never back again!!!」

「Stayed on the 2nd floor, not enough baggage carts, but parking wasn't too far away. Bed was very comfortable. LOVED that the AC was on and the room was deliciously cool ❤️. The tv had 2 remotes, it didn't take long to figure it out, thankfully. The room was advertised in the app as having a microwave, but there was none. The fridge was small with no freezer. I was hoping to refreeze some bottles for my cooler. Glad they're was a fridge, however. Great hot shower and great fluffly towels...
