“This was such a great place to stay. Nicole and Nacho have done a wonderful job with this vintage building. Everything you need is available to you. The room was so wonderful and paid a lot of attention to detail and even though you’re in a small space, it doesn’t feel small. Also the breakfast bar is full of nice items and homemade goodies- nice way to start your day. Keurig and kettle in your room with assortment of coffees and teas. Honestly just pure joy in this room. Also the whole building……

“We were disappointed with the condition of the rental. The entrance to the building was dark and dirty, with an unpleasant odour. The unit did not meet our cleanliness standards. It was over 85°F and very humid upon arrival, as the portable AC units had not been turned on. The living room unit repeatedly shuts off and requires draining hourly. The TV remote was not programmed, making the TV unusable. Despite being advertised as non-smoking, the apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The……

“Katie was an excellent host. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Katie has thought of everything. Our dog, Bailey, loved it too. The yard & gardens are very nice. We were able to take a nice walk in the Rossport neighborhood too. I would stay again in a heartbeat :)”

“I booked for 5 nights and left after 1. Access to the suite is an issue that was not addressed in the listing. A rough walkway and a series of stairs with no handrail to get down to the basement door. Told the host the first morning I left and didn’t hear from him for several days. On the bright side the suite was clean.”
