"My husband‘s favourite place to stay"

"Generally the interior and exterior of property is not cleaned. Parking lot had lots of waste and empty beer bottles. Elevator had food on the walls for the 2 days we were there, never cleaned. Pool is not heated, hot tub is permanently out of order. Pool water is cloudy and dirty, did not go in because of this. Room is very dated and needs Reno. Beds are horrible, way too soft. The bed frame was broken and several wheels missing, looked under the bed to find it's held up with small chunks of scrap wood. Bathroom and shower sinks take forever to drain. The room overall is not very clean."

"Absolutely terrible! I arrived and my room was dirty and carpet was ripped up and they wouldn’t give me a refund when I chose to leave. Don’t stay here "

"The hotel is clean, pool area is clean. The pool is a little cooler than we like. Breakfast is good, fruits were disappointing and quite of rough looking. Coffee is gross. Rooms are a little smaller than we like, especially for a family"

"Indoor hot tub was under maintenance. Outdoor hot tub was good, but the waterfall had green stagnant water in it. We rented a large suite and it was very worn down for the price. Wall paper was peeling, rips in the couches, etc. Room was clean and bedding was comfortable but overall mediocre."
