“Tuve una estancia increíble en el Hotel Sanctuarium, y sin duda alguna, lo que hizo toda la diferencia fue el nivel de servicio.
Quiero reconocer especialmente a Génesis, Fabiola y Dayana, quienes siempre estuvieron atentas a cada detalle, pero sobre todo a Kevin, mi concierge, que hizo que toda la experiencia fuera simplemente impecable. De verdad, pocas veces he visto un servicio tan cuidado, tan genuino y tan consistente en cada interacción.

“He ido muchos lugares, pero no veo el día cuando puedas regresar a este lugar están hermosos y están acogedor. La verdad estás bien adentro para llegar no fue fácil pero valió cada esfuerzo. Es una lástima que no recuerdo el nombre de la persona que nos atendió porque fue increíblemente especial”

“We didn’t stay long. We had a reservation for two nights, but decided to move on after the first. We had booked a tour and left early in the morning, but decided not to come back and to move on to our next destination instead. The staff was kind, but it wasn’t really what we were expecting or perhaps what we are used to.. it had more of a feel of a retreat than a hotel.
