“The property gives you high luxury in the middle of nature. But what makes the place exceptional is the services given by staff. They treat you like VIP from arrival to check out. I have done a lot of travel and hotels but this was so far my best experience. It brings two worlds together and it’s absolutely have to visit place if you are looking for safari lodges”

“I am really, really tired of hotels claiming that they have ‘free wifi’ (I stay in hotels >300 nights per year). This hotel had only intermittent electricity (so no power to the small fan in the room at night). In 48 hour stay perhaps 2 hours of connectivity. I encourage Hotels.com to add a third category “wifi MAY be available””

“The best place to stay in Sipi Falls, with really impressive views of the highest fall around. Sam (the general manager) and his team are really nice and will make you feel at home for sure. Just make sure that you book for your Sipi Falls activities with Moses or any other guide directly advised by Sam (and no any other guide that comes directly to you) in order to make the most out of your visit to Sipi.”

“You pay high $ value for this hotel and the first thing is the half mile road leading to hotel is nothing but pot holes and absolutely rugged. Entering the reception area, there was not enough light to fill in the forms, etc. Amenities in the room were less than adequate. Poor lighting and just one plug to use your charger hair dryer etc. BTW, no hair dryer. ”

“I really enjoyed the hippos grazing at night. The staff also built us a bonfire the first night we were there and we were able to eat around it. The biggest problem was they said we were not expected ( even though my name was clearly on their guest list) and that they did not know we had a 6 year old with us. They were very confused at first and did not know how to handle the situation. One man was very unfriendly.”

“Overall our stay was ordinary the property has amazing views from both the restaurant and the rooms and the staff are really nice. However the property is let down by lacking proper management and the overall confusion with check in and sorting out problems during our stay,we had no hot water for the 3 days and there was no wifi until the last day only due to other guests continuously complaining until rectified.we also felt sorry for staff that got spoken to very rudely by another group of……
