「Such a beautiful and relaxing spot to stay. We stayed with our dog and despite the rain thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cabin is lovely, and the massage chair is amazing. The owners are so friendly and helpful. The creek is very peaceful. And Burringbar is a lovely town with lots of dog friendly cafes. It is also a great location to access the Tweed Valley Rail Trail. 」

「Really clean, very comfortable, loved the big bed and the outdoor shower!!! Very private, and you can’t get much closer to nature than this! The creek is very pretty, and the bubbling sound of little gentle waterfalls over and between the boulders is very relaxing. A fabulous place to unwind, and wished our stay could have been longer! "The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help me sort things out. Ariel and Lachie were very professional and friendly going through the process and made the bad experience a lot less irritating. All other staffs I have had a chance to interact with were all very friendly, if you are thinking of booking please expect there might be minor glitches but the staffs there are going to do their bests to help you through that."
