"The AC in the main bedroom was loud and needs service. Fan blades may be rubbing causing noise. TV remote control batteries indicated that they were low. Over all the room was spacious and nice. "

El hotel hermoso, literalmente te caes en la playa, su recepcionista Antonio super educado, servicial, agradable, nos ayudó en todo, incluso con la actividad de paracaídas en bote que hicimos. Las personas que limpian y todo el equipo bien amables y serviciales. Su restaurante a pie de playa super recomendado, nos atendieron increíble Adrián y Jacinto. La zona de la piscina super ambientada siempre con buena música. La habitación bonita y limpia. Si alguna vez vuelvo a ir a Puerto Peñasco me alojaré sin lugar a dudas ahí otra vez "
"The service in the restaurants are a hit or miss type of situation. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are ample space . Internet is good. The common areas need a bit of more attention, especially in the cleaning. Straws on the ground or pool was gross. Beer cans scatter around the pools and or pool chairs was also gross. "
