"A good stop over for 1 night before our trip room was basic but clean and had everything we needed. Close to the luttke shopping zone which was handy. Staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient. There is a nice pool area but was too cold for swimming during our stay. Price is high but all the hotels are at a premium in Uluru."

"I travel to Darwin for work and this is my go-to spot. The pool is lovely. I wish they had chrome cast as I stay in and relax after work, but I still like it. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Sails in the Desert. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with touches that reflected the local landscape. The staff were warm and attentive. The dining options, however, could be improved. Vegetarian and vegan choices were very limited, and it would have been better to see more variety, especially considering the price of the buffet breakfast and dinner. For the cost, a wider range of options would make the dining experience much more enjoyable. Overall, the resort offered a relaxing and memorable stay, with its proximity to Uluru making it the perfect base for exploring the area."
