“The condo is set up really nice. Lay out and amenities are nicer than other studios. Only thing that could be improved is the bed is a rock! It’s a memory foam but maybe extra firm. ”

“The basics that didn’t work and I would have over looked if we didn’t have the final straw: no heat on a 17 degree night. They offered for us to go pay for another expensive place to move and refund us for that much. We ended up having to move because it wasn’t safe for our children to be in those temperatures. It took over 3/4 hours to pack up alone (not to mention the unpacking/moving the car etc) and moving in the sub freezing temperatures with children. They said they couldn’t help us move.……

“Needs updated. Kitchen was very tight with seating. The couch bed barely made it out without hitting the counter. Steal barstools very uncomfortable but understandable due to the small space. Overall everything works. Location is perfect for easy exiting the build to go straight to ballhooter lift. We were able to come in for lunch very easily. ”
