Room was clean and comfortable. We had a welcome drink and snacks, as well as a complimentary drink at the roof top bar. Ms Clara was helpful and provided thorough information about the hotel, she even offered to pack breakfast for us when she found out that we were leaving for the airport early the next morning. The staff are the highlight of the hotel, very competent and eager to please. We were upgraded to a room with a window without our asking. The room was quiet with good individually-controlled AC, comfortable bedding and fast WiFi. Cable TV reception was spotty. The room and hotel are beautiful, with hardwood and mosaic tile flooring, granite countertops and wood furniture, but the new owners need to update certain things. Great appreciation to all staff which is very friendly and helpful, especially Lucy Anna and Sophie. The service was in detail and it’s like coming home really. They take care of your itinerary, giving all round recommendation. The room was new and clean, with a great city view of the old quarter. I wish to come back again for sure.

Nice boutique hotel at the centre of old quarter, the traffic is crazy but my room was so quiet! It's nice and clean and with very good breakfast buffet, staff are all super nice and friendly. I got a free cooking class at the restaurant for Vietnamese cuisine and it was awesome! Will totally stay there again next time in Hanoi. Walking distance to the lake and many nice local restaurants nearby. Got a few massage places nearby too!
