「We liked everything about Best Western in Rice Lake, WI! We always stay there when we're in town, usually yearly.」

「When we stay never seen anyone at the front desk. My daughter who has has health problems was swimming and there was people smoking in the pool area. Causing my daughter having troubles breathing. And not able to have fun in a pool area. The smoke smell came into the hallway and our room cause we were right across from the pool. When there a sign say no smoking on the building. I couldn’t find anyone to say something. I want a discount on my stay.」

「The property advertised daily housekeeping we were there for one week and had our room cleaned once got so bad that guests were leaving dirty linens and bags of garbage in the hallway. Breakfast was pretty good, but only served until 8am. Staff was good.」

「The check-in process was very disheartening. My husband and I are considering moving to Green Bay from Texas because my in-laws are older and live in WI, & we booked a room because he has a PA interview. We had been traveling a long while by car to get here & had made a reservation for non-smoking king size bed a couple of days before.
