“The property is pristine and beautiful. Everything we needed was present including directions. It was walking distance to town. We hiked a lot and of course Stowe has many places to do that. “We were up to visit my mom. For 3 days. This was perfect location. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It was very clean and quiet. “The apartment was clean and cozy and had all the amenities you could want in a vrbo stay. I loved that it was dog friendly and so close to Stowe - so easy to get there by car or by the bus that stops almost right in front of the lot you park in. My one negative comment is not the VRBO’s fault but I feel it’s necessary to note and remind people searching that the location above the bar does matter. Most nights the music ended early but Saturday night the bartender FORGOT to turn the music off and……

“A lamp between the sofa and the love seat would have been appreciated. My laptop would not connect to the modem in the unit, so I did not have internet while I was there. “5 of us - 2 'adults' and 3 grown kids - all stayed at the home. We all had plenty of space. When arriving I was confused between a key lock mounted outside the door and the integrated handle lock on the door. A quick call to the owner cleared up the confusion. The integrated lock takes some getting used to and can be a bit finicky to operate at times. We ate out mostly so didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to have everything anyone would need.
