「Hi, I'm satisfied my stay and all your attitude. I can feel the staff very welcome us. I appreciate and highly recommended to stay. A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership. And the female staff asked me again when I check out. And she also asked me how to improve. Although the room is not perfect, and somethings need to improve. She really mark it down on the...

「Check in came to us in our car when we pulled into the parking lot. Lovely owners and room is perfect for the night. 」

「Both persons at the front desk were exceptional (at night and the next morning) even offering to assist with luggage and open doors for us. Very unusual these days, so we were very impressed by the staff! 」

「The room it was very clean and enough space the only one problem in the room was the toilet bowl that it wasn’t flushing well, about the staff the front desk woman that we meet for the check in and check out she wasn’t kind with us very poor service no eye contact with customer not smiling we where like invisible to her she just gave us the keys and without welcoming us very poor reception. But the overnight service it was good I mean, with others staff that replaced her when she left. 」

「Very welcoming, and clean entrance. Employees at desk were prompt to give us a new key card when i forgot mine. Breakfast was fantastic, with healthy options as well as some bacon / sausage, which is always nice to have. Coffee was good. Rooms were nice and big with good water pressure. 」
