“Because the refrigerator cannot be used, contact the hotel and the room service will be replaced in time. The room is clean and the facilities are in good condition.”

“The noise insulation from the road across is bad. And there is no enough space in the shower to adjust the water temperature without getting drenched with cold water. The eggs in the breakfast had raw smell. ”

“Room was very clean. A/C didn't work (wouldn't connect to wifi). Waited in hot room for over 30 minutes for someone to fix the a/c. Waited another 15 and it would still not connect. Finally moved to a new room. There is only someone at the front desk from 9 to 5, so you have to call, but the calls were answered promptly. ”

“We got to the hotel later than expected and the counter was closed and there was no staff on duty in the lobby. I called Expedia and I called the property to try and get somebody to come open the front door. We were told we can’t check in after a certain time so o never received my accommodations and never even got to stay there at the hotel and was still Charged for a room i never stayed at. Most awful hotel experience I’ve ever had”

“The front desk lied to my face saying there was no more rooms and then continued to lie to Expedia customer service saying I wanted to cancel the reservation! Which I was not! I even ask her if she had any other type of rooms and I can pay extra but she continues to say no so I had to leave and get another hotel.”
