“We needed a nice northern getaway and this house was perfect. The host communicated very well with me on anything that needed attention! We were able to extend our check out time with no issues! We will definitely have to make another trip here.”

“The cabin was a gem! Super spacious and it had everything we needed for a weekend in Waskish. The sunsets were so amazing looking out at the lake. The kids enjoyed playing on the beach area- very peaceful location. We would definitely come back again.”

“This was exactly what my girlfriend and I were looking at for vacation. The cabin was amazing, with an incredible view of the lake and all the necessities to do cooking. The lake was a beautiful and we had a great time on the paddle boards and using the canoe. Judy was absolutely wonderful and a great host! We would love to come back again! We can’t thank Judy enough for a wonderful week.”

“I traveled with a friend and we both found this cabin well-equipped every cooking utensil and pan that we wanted. We received a welcome visit from Judy when we arrived. She made sure we knew where everything was and invited us to ask for anything else we needed. The smores were great and sitting by the dock and on the large deck were great spaces to relax. We highly recommend this place.”

“Coming from the Twin Cities, this was a very pleasant four hour drive north into a wonderfully secluded lakeside cabin resort. While we didn't fish (it seems perfect for it), we did enjoy our time fixing a few slow meals in the cabin, getting out on the lake, watching the stars at night, and checking out a few nearby spots, like the county fair (that just happened to be perfectly timed with our trip) and bars/restaurants. Really beautiful land up by Northome, and recommend the stay for the area!”

“We visited for a quick two day getaway. The cabin was perfectly described, very clean and had a welcome note with treats for the kids. The lake and land are clean and gorgeous. It was cooler weather a space heater was provided along with extra bedding to stay warm. You get the feeling that they really care about your stay, along with the adorable vintage cabin. The weather wasn’t great but we made the most of it and the kids didn’t care! We will be back for a warmer stay with more swimming.”
