“Best of both worlds. Tucked away in the woods and near Lake Michigan, but a quick bike ride to town. Cottage is absolutely charming, well-appointed, and perfect for a family vacation with kids. ”

“The house was very nice, clean, plenty of room and furnished nicely. It had been recently updated and full of everything you might need. The bedding, dishes, towels etc. were top notch. The owners were very nice and considerate of our needs. They were a pleasure to talk to.”

“Quiet, cozy and clean. We spent 5 days and enjoyed every day. The lake was beautiful and it was so much fun using the kayaks. We made a fire one night, wood was available for purchase at the going area rate. Marshmallow roasting sticks were provided. ”

“From the curb you might think there's no way its as big as listed. The house goes deep. Plenty of room on the main floor for entertaining with almost all bedrooms upstairs. Clean, plenty of cooking utensils and sil erware. Hosts are quick to respond. Perfect for our group.”

“Older cottage that has been restored very nicely. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. The outside was very spacious and soooo quite. You can walk to the beach and yet was very close to Charlevoix. Gerry was a great host and saw to our every need.Thanks”

House was clean and perfect for what we needed. 2 parents, 2 adult children and 2 teens with plenty of rooms for all to be comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were a lifesaver! Host was great and responded quickly! Great place to stay. And down the street to Lake Michigan, maybe a 5 mins walk. Can’t beat the location. ”
