「The place was great; clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient location to things we were doing. Just a couple of things to note as an FYI for the owners. Toilet tank leaked occasionally, I put a bucket under it, to capture the water. The kitchen sink, spray hose would not shut off. Also, a critter, probably a red squid, was in the upper left bedroom cubby. We had a great week and hope to return soon. Thank you Ken」

「We so enjoyed our time here. The owners were proactive with communication and responsive when we had questions. The property was spotless on checkin and well equipped with plenty of linens. The house is very comfortable. But the best part is the view - it’s not to be missed. We ate every meal, drank our coffee and evening cocktail on the expansive deck. We can’t wait to come back. 「Visited for the 2024 Solar Eclipse, stayed one night and could not have asked for better accommodations. We were very impressed with having frozen ice cubes and a cold water pitcher in the fridge upon arrival. Supplies for coffee in the morning was also clutch. Then a few days after we checked out, we were asked if we had left a charger in the room. It was not ours, however just the thought of asking us was unexpected and nice.」

「The house has LOTS of room. Good sized rooms could accommodate more than 8 people. The spacious, well stocked kitchen had everything we needed. The huge dining table was perfect for eating, playing board games and spending evenings together. The large deck, outdoor furniture, and grill also gave us the option to eat outside. Location was great for our group of hikers. It was only 16 min drive to Mt. Washington. We had great time and we enjoyed our stay!」

「The house was amazing. It had everything we needed and was so comfy and clean. Carroll is a great location - close to Mt Washington, Grafton Notch State Park, Breton Woods and Franconia Notch State Park. The cog railroad to the summit of Mt Washington was a wonderful afternoon excursion.」
