「This location absolutely delivers. I am Hilton Diamond member so please do not expect 5star hotel here, but if you are looking for a quite, centrally located, clean and friendly place, this is it! Raya - lovely front desk girl was absolutely gorgeous and helped me tremendously. Hotel did not have room available for one more night so Raya helped me find room at nearby hotel. Strongly recommend this place!」

「We had a great stay at this hotel, which is right on the corner with Vitosha street. Great location, walkable to all the main attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
The room was also great, there is an AC. We could leave our bags at reception after check-out.
Breakfast was at a nearby cafe Memento which consisted of a coffee and a croissant which was perfect for us. Would recommend! 」
