「Our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait quite awhile. There were never cookies in the lounge; always an empty try. Ran out of in room coffee packets and hotel said they didn’t have anymore. They brought blankets and sheets to the sofa bed upon request but only one pillow. Rooms were ok but just need a deep clean to get all the sand out of them. There is a breakfast place in the courtyard which was convenient. This hotel is across the street from the water in the heart of Frederiksted. This is not a swimming beach area, but more accessible beaches are nearby.
