「Excellent hostess. Beds in the Family Cottage were comfortable, but a little hard to climb into due to the height off the floor. There was a small stool, but we are old! LOL Would stay again but in a room with lower beds. Susan was great.」

「We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and the staff was always professional and attentive. Breakfast was consistently high quality and delicious. The rooms were very clean, housekeeping was done properly every day, and our privacy was always respected.

「This was such a great place to stay. It was nice to not have to leave Lookout Mountain overnight. The rooms were nice and big and everything was well maintained and cozy. The breakfast was fantastic. You could tell how much attention was paid to every detail. I would definitely come back.」
