“When I got thre the property was already a disaster the porch looked like it was barely put together. This cabin is shoved right next to where the host lives and that porch was in shambles. The host had music playing outside and took him about 30 minutes after I had to ask him for check in instructions to respond. The property did not look to be in a safe area like the host said it did. I had walked in and put my stuff on the table so that I could inspect the place before I unpacked. Safe to say……

“We were not given check-in instructions or check out instructions. The hot tub was lukewarm after turning the heat on for over an hour. The pool was green. There were dead roaches on the bathroom floor and in the living area. The windows all needed curtains. There was no food or drink amenities available. There was no information left regarding the Wi-Fi. Parking was unclear. And the TV remote was broken.”
