"The hot tub and area and the older tower are in very bad shape. Many of the casino games are not working and the casino is already small so that was not great. Our room in the renovated tower was lovely and the staff were so nice and always helpful."

I was going to Chicago for 1 day and didn't wanna have to pay high hotel prices or hotel parking, so I opted to take the 20 minute drive and it was absolutely worth it.The rooms were clean.The staff was nice.The customer service was good and so was the coffee."
"Staff upon check in was great. Scrambled eggs in morning buffet were swimming in water—horrible. When leaving and in parking lot there was a car with 2 people parked backwards. Obviously living in their car. Passenger on drugs and throwing up out the door next to our vehicle. High safety concerns. Recommend safety security patrol."
