「Staff were extremely friendly. Rooms & hotel were very clean & quiet. Breakfast was 10/10. I would highly recommend staying here and I will be back next time in Grand Forks. 」

「Everyone on site were excellent. Person who did reservation on phone. Not at Best Western. told us they only have one room left. a single queen. when we got there we found that not to be true. staff helped get us what we wanted.」

「The property was clean and convenient. Although I was surprised at the price, it was one of the more affordable options. Not a big problem, but our tv didn’t connect properly to local cable and when we called the front desk, we were assured that someone would come up to help us and no one came to fix it. Not a big deal for us but if we had wanted to watch tv it would have required another call.」
